Goldwork is the use of gold threads, passing gold and gold kid leather. These are stitched by couching or applique, but some special techniques are applied. |

G01K | Golden Angel - The front section of the skirt and the halo contain true goldwork. The rest of the skirt is pattern darning; the ruffle is bead embroidery; the sleeves an evenweave filling and the wing and hair stem stitch without counting threads. Goldwork Pendant - 3" diameter
design. 5 suggested designs are included in this kit to simplify
the goldwork techniques. Japanese gold in couched and the coiled
gold wires are cut and sewn down like beads. Sadi threads are used
as well as a few gold glass beads. Kreinik gold braid is included
for the necklace. All kits are on black suede cloth unless a
